Proficient in Oracle ERP material management and ISO 9001:2000 QMS. Store Management \& Inventory Control. Ø Making Material Request as per Project Requirement. Ø Controlling Received stock and delivery of materials to Project locations/Central Store facilities. Ø Controlling of Measuring and Test equipment’s \& Lifting Accessories (with Testing \& Calibration Certificates) Ø Managing space and determine storage methods according to the manufacturer's guidelines and Company safety procedures. Ø Controlling Proper Storage, Codification, Preservation, Packing, Issues \& Good house keeping Ø Always keeping daily moving consumable material stock levels as required for project. Ø Follow up for the Local Purchase Order (LPO) \& International Purchase Order (IPO) Ø Timely preparing of MRV (Material Received Vouchers) and Material Issue Voucher (MIV) base on related document. Ø Preparing The Material Inspection report for Received Material and getting inspected done by project engineer and QA/QC. Ø Preparing Document Discrepancy note report for any Short delivery excess delivery or missing document which has to be provide with Material delivery note. Ø Preparing Non conformance report for rejected Material and Storing the Material in Quarantine area with Hold/rejected Tag. Ø Timely following with Material control department and Procurement department for Document discrepancy note \& NCR to be close. Ø Filing the store related document as per company procedure \& policy. Ø Recommending disposal of excess, defective or obsolete stock and Scrap. Ø Maintaining fixed assets record Ø Maintaining smooth relation with supplier Ø Computerization of material management. ORACEL ERP system of Material Management. Safety and Quality Responsibilities Ø Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements. Ø Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace. Ø Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements Achievements:\- Ø Maintaining 100% service level in Store Management \& Inventory Control. Ø Always could maintain 0% variation of Stores Inventory. Ø Good presentable and costing access \& Professional way of handling the Store. Ø Having a Sound Knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 (BVQI) Standard QMS Procedure \& Policies and Maintaining a Professional Store for MEW \& Power Station Projects, with Commendable Internal Audit results as per attached details. Ø Having Ability to work as a Material Control Supervisor. Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: KD650\.000 \- KD750\.000 per month Work Location: In person
