**Role Purpose:** Ensure all precast concrete products meet required quality standards through inspections, testing, and monitoring of production processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Inspect raw materials and monitor casting, curing, and finishing of precast elements. * Conduct concrete tests (slump, temperature, density) and coordinate compressive strength tests. * Check dimensions, surface quality, and compliance with drawings/specifications. * Maintain QC records, test reports, NCRs, and checklists. * Identify non\-conformities, lead root\-cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ASTM/BS/EN standards. * Support continuous improvement to reduce rejection rates. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field. * 2–6 years’ experience in precast or concrete manufacturing. * Strong knowledge of concrete technology and QA/QC processes. **Skills:** * Attention to detail, problem\-solving, reporting skills, and ability to read technical drawings. * Strong communication and coordination in a fast\-paced factory environment.
