Candidate Requirements Lease Sales Professional with a minimum 6\-8 years prior experience with a leading leasing company. Will be responsible for achieving monthly sales and revenue targets taregtting Corporate and SMEs. Must have a DL, exisiting relationships and knowledge of lease market and clients. Proficient in Key Account Managemnent and RFPs. Develops and motivates staff, in addition to providing training on systems and procedures. Coordinates with relevant functions for planning training to sales staff. Assists in the resolution of customer complaints and queries. Ensures accuracy of and adherence to policies and procedures governing sales administration, pricing, reporting, etc… Assists in day\-to\-day location sales and follow up. Organizes with related departments the periodical stock counts. Monitors and reports on Sales Extended Warranty … etc. Assists with customers service and follows up on resolution of complaints. Follows up and reports on the impact of special campaigns. Conducts unscheduled daily visits to locations to ensure the adherence to all Policies and Procedures. Creates an excellent communication network between locations. Monitors and evaluates sales performance. Job Responsibilities 7 years Lease Sales experience, 2 of which in a supervisory capacity. Proven supervisory skills \& experience in assisting in the management of location staff. High market and product awareness. Proven selling, negotiating, convincing and problem solving skills. High level of people management and interpersonal skills. High level of customer focus. Good level of verbal \& written communication skills (Arabic \& English) High level of systematic thinking \& organisation. Relevant computer literacy (Microsoft office and relevant business software e.g. ORACLE SSHR, SAP). Education Bachelor’s Degree
