Lead and manage a sales team, driving performance and market research. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets. * Identify new business opportunities in landscaping projects, agricultural services, irrigation systems, and maintenance contracts. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and developers. * Prepare and present sales proposals, tenders, quotations, and contracts for landscaping and agricultural projects. * Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Manage and lead the sales team, including setting targets, coaching, and performance evaluation. * Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new market segments. * Coordinate with operations, design, and procurement teams to ensure project feasibility and delivery. * Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and report to senior management. * Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company services. * Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints or issues professionally. * Develop marketing strategies and collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and branding. * Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions and project pipelines. * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
