Job Summary: A Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications and software systems, working across frontend, backend, databases, and APIs to ensure secure and scalable solutions. Implementing best practices for application security and data protection **Purpose of the Role:** A Full Stack Developer designs, develops, tests, and maintains web applications and software systems, working across frontend, backend, databases, and APIs to deliver secure, scalable, and organizationally aligned solutions. **Key Responsibilities and Duties:** * Designing and developing web applications and websites from frontend to backend. * Developing interactive and responsive user interfaces using technologies such as **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript**, along with modern frameworks. * Developing backend services and systems using technologies such as **Node.js, Python, Java, .NET**, or others as required by the project. * Designing, developing, and integrating relational and non-relational databases. * Developing and integrating **REST APIs** and various service interfaces. * Testing applications and software, identifying bugs, and resolving them. * Optimizing application performance, scalability, and reliability. * Implementing best practices for application security and data protection. * Using version control systems such as **Git** to manage source code. * Collaborating with UI/UX designers, project managers, system engineers, and quality assurance teams. * Reviewing source code and improving its quality and maintainability. * Preparing technical documentation for applications and systems. * Executing deployment, updates, and maintenance of software systems. * Monitoring application performance and resolving technical issues post-launch. * Participating in user requirement analysis and translating them into technical solutions. * Developing automated tests when needed to ensure software quality and stability. * Using **CI/CD** (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) tools where implemented in the work environment. * Keeping up with the latest technologies and development frameworks, evaluating their potential to enhance digital products. * Adhering to software development standards, information security policies, and organizational guidelines. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * **3 to 7 years** of experience in Full Stack web application development. * Strong experience in both frontend and backend development. * Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one framework such as **React, Angular, or Vue.js**. * Experience with at least one backend technology such as **Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET**. * Solid knowledge of databases such as **MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB**. * Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs. * Proficiency in using Git and modern software development methodologies. * Understanding of application security principles and data protection. * Experience with cloud services such as **AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud** is considered an advantage. * Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred. **Skills and Competencies:** * Full Stack software development. * User interface design and development. * Backend systems and API development. * Database management. * Software testing and debugging. * Problem-solving and logical thinking. * Writing clean, organized, and maintainable code. * Working with Git and CI/CD. * Understanding of application security, performance, and scalability. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Time management and ability to meet defined deadlines.
