Key Responsibilities * **Order Fulfillment:** Picking, packing, scanning, and preparing orders for shipment. * **Material Handling:** Loading/unloading trucks, moving products with forklifts or pallet jacks, and stocking shelves. * **Inventory Management:** Receiving, rotating (FIFO), verifying, and conducting inventory counts. * **Equipment Operation:** Using powered pallet jacks, forklifts, and scan guns. * **Quality \& Safety:** Maintaining a clean, safe, organized workspace and ensuring product quality/freshness. * **Documentation:** Accurate data entry and reporting discrepancies. Essential Skills \& Requirements * **Work Environment:** Ability to work in cold temperatures (e.g., 3°C to \-20°C or colder) while wearing protective gear. * **Physical Stamina:** Capable of manual handling and repetitive tasks. * **Attention to Detail:** Crucial for accurate picking and inventory. * **Teamwork:** Collaborating effectively with other warehouse staff. * **Safety Knowledge:** Understanding and following WHS (Workplace Health \& Safety) and GMP (Goods Manufacturing Practices).
