Job Description We are seeking a **Full Stack Development Director** to lead the software development strategy, supervise engineering teams, and ensure delivery of world-class digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical leadership, project management, and adoption of agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities * **Technical leadership**: Lead frontend and backend development teams. * **Project management**: Oversee the lifecycle of enterprise applications. * **Software architecture**: Define design standards and best practices. * **Agile methodologies**: Implement Scrum, Kanban, and CI/CD to optimize deliveries. * **Technological innovation**: Evaluate new tools and frameworks to improve processes. * **Quality assurance**: Ensure compliance with security and testing standards. * **Strategic collaboration**: Work with executives and stakeholders to align IT with business objectives. Requirements * Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field. * 10+ years of software development experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles. * Advanced knowledge of cloud architectures, microservices, and DevOps. * Experience with modern programming languages (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#). * PMP, Scrum Master, or AWS/Azure certifications are a plus. * Advanced English (spoken and written).
