Requirements for Pattern Maker for a Women's Western Wear Brand Location: Kuwait We are looking for candidate from India who is willing to relocate to kuwait Essential Skills: * Pattern making expertise: Proficient in creating patterns for women's wear, including dresses, tops, bottoms, and outerwear. * Understanding of garment construction: Knowledge of how garments are constructed, including seam allowances, grain lines, and fabric requirements. * Fitting expertise: Ability to create patterns that fit well and flatter the female form. * Communication skills: Effective communication with design team, sample makers, and production team Responsibilities; * Create high\-quality patterns: Develop patterns that meet design specifications, fit requirements, and production standards. * Collaborate with design team: Work closely with designers to understand design intent and create patterns that meet their vision. * Make adjustments and revisions: Make necessary adjustments and revisions to patterns based on fit sessions, design changes, and production requirements. * Ensure pattern accuracy: Verify pattern accuracy, including measurements, grain lines, and seam allowances. * Document pattern: Maintain accurate records of patterns, including pattern pieces, maker making, and grading.
