**Job Description:**
We are looking for a motivated and client\-focused **Immigration Sales Consultant** to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads, counselling prospective applicants, and converting them into successful clients by providing accurate and transparent immigration guidance.
**Job Duties \& Responsibilities – Immigration Sales Consultant**
* Make outbound calls on assigned leads and conduct cold calling to generate prospective clients for Australia and other international migration programs.
* Handle walk\-in, telephonic, and online enquiries professionally and invite eligible prospects for face\-to\-face or virtual counselling sessions.
* Provide detailed and transparent counselling to applicants interested in **Australian immigration** (Skilled PR, State Nomination, Employer Sponsored visas), and also other destinations such as **Canada, Europe, UK, and study pathways**, as per company offerings.
* Assess applicant profiles (age, education, work experience, English proficiency, family status, finances) and determine eligibility under relevant immigration programs.
* Clearly explain visa options, eligibility criteria, points system, documentation requirements, processing stages, timelines, fees, and realistic outcomes.
* Recommend the most suitable immigration pathway based on the applicant’s profile, goals, and current immigration policies.
* Convert enquiries into confirmed clients through strong counselling skills, structured follow\-ups, and ethical sales practices.
* Maintain regular follow\-ups with prospects and pending leads to ensure timely decision\-making and maximize conversions.
* Build and maintain long\-term professional relationships with clients through honest advice and continuous engagement.
* Coordinate closely with the documentation and processing team to ensure smooth case handover after client sign\-up.
* Ensure complete and accurate entry of leads, consultations, follow\-ups, and client details in **CRM / Excel / internal systems**.
* Achieve assigned **monthly consultation, conversion, and revenue targets** as per company KPIs.
* Ensure strict compliance with company policies, ethical counselling standards, and immigration laws/regulations.
* Provide post\-sign\-up guidance and support to clients until successful file allocation to the processing team.
* Stay updated with changes in Australian and global immigration policies to provide accurate and current advice.
**Required Skills \& Qualifications**
* Strong **verbal and written communication skills** are mandatory, with the ability to explain complex immigration processes clearly and confidently.
* Ability to understand client needs, concerns, and eligibility gaps, and provide **independent problem\-solving**without constant supervision.
* Proactive, self\-motivated, and capable of offering **tailored, ethical, and honest advice** based on each applicant’s profile.
* Prior experience in **consultative sales, immigration consultancy, overseas education, client counseling, or related sales roles** is preferred.
* Basic to good knowledge of **popular immigration destinations and visa pathways**, especially Australia (training will be provided where required).
* Strong sales mindset with the ability to **meet consultation, conversion, and revenue targets** consistently.
* Confident, professional, and client\-focused approach during in\-person, telephonic, and virtual consultations.
* Mandatory **intermediate\-level proficiency** in **MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM systems** for lead management, follow\-ups, and reporting.
* Excellent organizational and time\-management skills, with the ability to handle **multiple leads, active clients, and deadlines** efficiently.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and compliance standards.
