




**Job Description:** HR Assistant with Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) **Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented HR Assistant with a strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources team in various administrative tasks and data analysis related to employee performance and organizational metrics. Data Management:** Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date employee records, including personal information, job\-related details, and performance evaluations. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. **2\. KPI Monitoring and Analysis:** Collaborate with HR team members to identify and define Key Performance Indicators relevant to various HR functions, such as recruitment, employee development, and retention. Track and analyze KPIs regularly to evaluate HR department performance and propose improvements. **3\. Performance Evaluation Support:** Assist in the implementation of performance evaluation processes and tools. Collect and compile performance data from various sources, including managers and employees, and organize it for analysis. **4\. Reporting:** Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on HR metrics and KPIs to present to management. Present findings and recommendations to help inform decision\-making and strategic planning. **5\. Recruitment Assistance:** Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. **6\. Onboarding and Offboarding:** Support the onboarding process for new employees by providing necessary documentation and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Help with offboarding processes as required. **7\. Training and Development**: Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback to assess their effectiveness. **8\. Employee Relations:** Handle employee inquiries, maintain open communication channels, and assist in resolving employee concerns or conflicts in a professional and confidential manner. **9\. Compliance:** Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements and company policies. **10\. HR Projects:** Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and performance improvement plans. **Requirements:** 1\. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Relevant work experience will also be considered. 2\. Solid understanding of Human Resources principles and practices. 3\. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting. 4\. Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and other data management tools. 5\. Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions. 6\. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7\. Detail\-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 8\. Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information. 9\. Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and their application in HR processes. 10\. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 11\. Previous experience in HR\-related roles or data analysis is a plus.
