




### **Job Description** Kuwait Airways is activity recruiting for "Social Security \& Government Documentation Staff" in the Human Resources Department. In this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to: **Basic Function and Scope:** Monitors the completion of relevant documentation related to social security and military service, to ensure they are completed correctly and that the appropriate documents have been checked and attached, where necessary. Reviews various statements from Government ministries and banks against computer lists of deductions. Carries out a variety of administrative duties related to completing social security forms and checking details against personnel files and various documents, ensuring that such forms are submitted on due date. Reconciles social security statements against Corporation's computer printouts of monthly deductions to facilitate the timely payment of the employees and Corporation's contribution in accordance with the law. a. Monitors on a regular basis, laws and Government decrees in relation to social security, military service and final settlements, to ensure the Corporation is aware of any changes that may affect its policy and procedures on these matters. Recommends changes in the light of Government amendments. b. Checks personnel files of new Kuwaiti employees to ensure the availability of required documents, such as birth certificates, nationality certificates, civil cards, military status, and release letter from previous employer, if any. Follows up with concerned Personnel section and the employees to obtain any missing certificates. c. Completing the appropriate sections of the standards social security form, outlining all personal data, position and salary details, including the employees start date as required by Social Security and passes to the supervisor for checking. Registers despatch of approved application and all supporting documents attached, ensuring that Mailing Section has obtained a signature of receipt from Social Security to avoid penalties for delays in submitting the details. d. Oversees the completion of the appropriate social security forms for new or eligible employees. Includes personal details, date of employment and salary details, etc., checks and signs the form, obtains the employee's signature and supervisor's approval and forwards to the Ministry prior to the due date, ensuring a signature of receipt is obtained. ### **Requirements** * Minimum 4 Years’ experience.
