Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, and Project Management teams **Hiring Project Cost Controls Engineer** **Experience Required:** 3–5 years of experience in cost engineering and project controls within construction projects, with strong exposure to budgeting, cost control, reporting, and scheduling. **Role Summary:** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical Cost Engineer to support cost estimation, budgeting, cost control, and project monitoring activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines. **Key Responsibilities \& Expertise:** **Cost Estimation \& Budgeting:** Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cost breakdowns based on drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements. **Cost Control Systems:** Implement and monitor cost control systems, track actual costs versus budget, and analyze variances. **Project Planning \& Monitoring**: Support project planning activities and monitor progress against cost and schedule baselines. **Primavera P6 Utilization:** Use Primavera P6 for cost loading, resource loading, progress tracking, and performance analysis. **Earned Value Management (EVM):** Prepare and analyze EVM reports including CPI, SPI, cost variance, and schedule variance. **Monthly Cost Reporting:** Prepare monthly cost reports, cost\-to\-complete, cash flow forecasts, and management dashboards. **Quantity Takeoff \& BOQ Review:** Perform quantity takeoff and review BOQs to ensure accuracy and completeness. **Coordination \& Collaboration:** Work closely with Planning, Procurement, Estimation, and Project Management teams. **Documentation \& Professional Reporting:** Maintain organized cost data, reports, and project financial records. **Educational Qualifications \& Skills:** Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) – mandatory \* Professional certification or training in Cost Engineering, Cost Management, or Project Planning – preferred \* Certification in Primavera P6, PMP, or PICs is an added advantage \* Strong background in cost management and project planning \* Proficiency in Primavera P6 for cost loading, resource management, and progress tracking \* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel \* Strong understanding of cost control systems and financial reporting \* Experience in preparing monthly cost reports **\* Ability to work in a bilingual environment (English \& Arabic preferred)** Work Location: In person
