The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing various types of printers while ensuring excellent service quality and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair **laser, inkjet, and multifunction printers**. * Perform regular maintenance, servicing, and preventive checks. * Install and configure printers for customers (USB, network, and wireless setups). * Replace printer parts such as rollers, fusers, cartridges, drums, and boards. * Identify hardware and basic software\-related printer issues. * Provide on\-site and in\-store technical support when required. * Test printers after repair to ensure proper functionality. * Maintain accurate service reports and repair documentation. * Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, solutions, and repair timelines. * Coordinate with the support and sales teams when needed. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Proven experience as a **Printer Technician** or similar technical role. * Strong knowledge of printer hardware and components. * Experience with major printer brands (HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, etc.) is an advantage. * Ability to diagnose problems quickly and accurately. * Basic knowledge of networking and printer connectivity. * Good communication skills; **Arabic and English** is a plus. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks. * Technical diploma or relevant certification is preferred. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Stable work environment in a growing IT company. * Opportunities for skill development and training. * Supportive and professional technical team.
