





Key Responsibilities: * **Cleaning \& Sanitizing:** Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and sometimes hallways, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing furniture. * **Bed Making \& Linen:** Change bed linens, replace towels, and ensure beds are made according to hotel standards. * **Restocking:** Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, tea, beverages, and snacks. * **Guest Service:** Respond to guest requests for extra pillows, towels, or other items promptly and courteously. * **Maintenance Reporting:** Identify and report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, burnt\-out lightbulbs) to the relevant department. * **Security \& Privacy:** Maintain guest privacy and security, and follow all hotel policies. * **Cart Management:** Prepare and stock housekeeping carts with necessary linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities. Typical Requirements: * Ability to work efficiently and follow established cleaning procedures. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
