




As a Business Development Manager at Tarjama\&, you will drive business growth by focusing on the promotion and adoption of the company’s technology\-driven products and services. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and collaborating across teams to design tailored solutions that meet customer needs and align with our technological vision. **Requirements** **Business Development:** * Establish and cultivate long\-term relationships with clients and partners to promote business growth in technology\-driven language and localization services. * Leverage a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to prepare and deliver impactful proposals, solution demonstrations, and presentations to prospective clients. * Proactively explore emerging technologies and market trends to identify opportunities for product and service expansion. **Technology\-Focused Solution Design:** * Work closely with clients to understand their technological needs and recommend solutions that leverage our tech platforms and language services. * Collaborate with the product and technology teams to refine offerings and align with client requirements. * Serve as a technology advocate, communicating the value of our innovative tools and solutions to clients and partners. **Sales Pipeline and Performance Management:** * Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow\-ups and accurate forecasting. * Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management. * Develop strategies to optimize the sales process and enhance efficiency. **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** * Partner with internal teams, including operations, quality assurance, marketing, and technology experts, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. * Actively contribute to the ideation and development of new technology features and enhancements to meet market demands. * Facilitate knowledge\-sharing sessions to keep teams informed about product updates and market trends. **Networking and Industry Engagement:** * Represent the company at technology and industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and establish new connections. * Maintain an up\-to\-date understanding of the competitive landscape and industry developments. * Engage in thought leadership activities, such as participating in panels, webinars, or publishing articles on technology’s role in language services. **Client Relationship Management:** * Build and maintain trust with clients by providing consistent, high\-quality service and support. * Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and long\-term engagement. * Proactively gather client feedback to inform continuous improvement of products and services. **Qualifications:** * A bachelor’s degree in business management or any related field is preferable. * Approximately 8 years of proven enterprise sales experience gained in a high\-tech, IT Consulting or Technology Services company selling to enterprise and strategic accounts. * Extensive experience of successfully selling into complex accounts with a strong negotiation and closing track record. * A good understanding of Language and Translation services and the challenges faced within the specific market sectors. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Strong verbal and written communications skills. * Excellent in\-person and phone\-based presentation skills. • Excellent level of proficiency with MS Office Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. * Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
