




We are seeking a skilled and customer\-focused **Desktop Support Engineer** to join our IT team. You will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide first\- and second\-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices (Windows/macOS). * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in person and remotely. * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment. * Support Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and other enterprise tools. * Maintain asset inventory and documentation of IT procedures and incidents. * Collaborate with other IT staff to escalate and resolve complex issues. * Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection standards. * Set up and support video conferencing and meeting room tech (Zoom, Teams, etc.). * Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees by provisioning accounts and devices. **Required:** * 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles. * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and desktop hardware. * Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and basic networking concepts. * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
