The Assets \& Facilities Executive is responsible to oversee and ensure the proper maintenance, safety, compliance, and functionality of all company facilities, vehicles, and assets. He is responsible for conducting regular inspections, coordinating repairs, maintaining documentation, and ensuring all licenses, insurance, and safety standards are up to date in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: * Conduct regular inspections of all company premises and assets. * Coordinate with approved vendors for repairs and maintenance. * Maintain records of all fire and safety audits. * Arrange fire and first aid training for employees, including hands\-on extinguisher and CPR sessions. * Inspect stationary/office supply stock monthly and prepare replenishment requests as required.
