We are a start\-up building a decentralized crowdfunding platform focused on transparency, social impact, and blockchain innovation. We’re looking for a Web3\-savvy Grant Writer and Social Media Marketing Intern to help secure funding, boost our public presence, and manage community communications. You’ll be instrumental in driving awareness, writing persuasive grant applications, and representing our mission across social platforms and media channels. Responsibilities Grant Writing Research and identify Web3, crypto, and blockchain grant opportunities (e.g., Ethereum Foundation, Polygon, Coinbase, Gitcoin, etc.) Write compelling grant proposals tailored to each funder’s mission Collaborate with the founding team to translate technical goals into clear, fundable narratives Track submission deadlines and manage grant reporting requirements Social Media \& Online Marketing Develop and manage social media content calendars (X, LinkedIn, etc.) Craft engaging posts, visuals, and announcements about platform milestones, campaigns, and DAO updates Coordinate PR outreach for features in crypto blogs, podcasts, and newsletters Work with design and dev teams to shape the platform’s voice and message Community \& Brand Presence Help build relationships with aligned DAOs, influencers, nonprofits, and media partners Monitor sentiment and respond to community feedback Assist with writing blog posts, newsletters, and press releases Requirements Strong writing and storytelling skills in grant writing (Web3 or nonprofit preferred) Deep interest in helping people and creating funding pathways for nonprofit or social impact causes Comfortable using AI tools to speed up grant writing, generate marketing ideas, or manage social media content more efficiently Passion for decentralized technologies, DAOs, and blockchain innovation experience in social media marketing or digital PR Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong communication skills Familiarity with platforms like Twitter/X and basic Web3 tools like MetaMask Job Types: Part\-time, Internship, New grad Pay: KD30\.000 per week Expected hours: 20 per week
