**Position Overview** We are seeking a skilled CNC Engineer / CNC Technician with strong hands\-on experience in operating, programming, and maintaining modern CNC machines (lathe, milling, router, laser cutting, or multi\-axis machines). The ideal candidate understands machining processes, technical drawings, and can ensure high\-precision production with minimal errors. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. CNC Machine Operation** * Operate modern CNC machinery following production schedules. * Set up machines with the correct tools, fixtures, and materials. * Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed. * Perform test runs and first\-piece inspections. **2\. CNC Programming \& Setup** * Read and interpret G\-code, CAD/CAM files, and technical drawings. * Create, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs. * Set tool offsets, work offsets, and calibration points. **3\. Quality Control** * Perform precise dimensional checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring equipment. * Ensure all parts meet required tolerances and specifications. * Identify defects and take corrective action immediately. **4\. Maintenance \& Safety** * Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment. * Diagnose mechanical or technical issues and coordinate repairs. * Follow strict health, safety, and machine operation protocols. **5\. Documentation** * Record daily production reports and machine logs. * Update job sheets, tooling records, and calibration documents. **Requirements** **Education** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * Certification in CNC Operation or CNC Programming is preferred. **Experience** * 2–5 years of hands\-on experience operating or programming modern CNC machines. * Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or similar control systems. **Technical Skills** * CNC programming (G\-code, CAM software) * Machine setup and tool management * Ability to read mechanical drawings and CAD models * Strong understanding of machining processes and materials * Good mathematical and measurement skills **Soft Skills** * Attention to detail * Problem\-solving mindset * Teamwork and communication * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Type: Full\-time
