**Job Summary:** Shamiya Catering is seeking a **General Maintenance Technician** to support our network of restaurants and central kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be a **multi\-skilled, hands\-on technician** with experience in both **restaurant equipment** and general building maintenance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Repair and maintenance of: * **AC units, chillers, refrigerators, and freezers** * **Kitchen equipment** (fryers, ovens, grills, dishwashers, etc.) * **Plumbing systems** – leaks, drainage, and water lines * **Basic electrical systems** – sockets, switches, lights * **General civil works** – tiling, wall patching, gypsum board repairs * Perform **daily inspections and preventative maintenance** * Respond to **emergency breakdowns** across branches * Track job orders using a mobile device or Excel * Assist with **loading/unloading and heavy lifting** as needed **Requirements:** * **3–5 years** of experience in maintenance (preferably in restaurants or hospitality) * Skilled in **AC/refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment** * Experience with **both gas and electric equipment** * **Valid driver’s license** (Kuwait or international) * Able to work **alone** and take ownership of repairs * Willing to be **on\-call 24/7** for urgent issues * Basic **English** and knowledge of mobile apps or Excel Job Type: Full\-time Pay: KD200\.000 \- KD350\.000 per month
