We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented AEM Content Author with experience in managing web content using Adobe Experience Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AEM Sites, components, templates, workflows, and digital asset management. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate publishing of content across digital platforms. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Create, edit, and publish web content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). * Manage and organize digital assets within AEM DAM. * Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and user experience standards. * Maintain and update site structure, navigation, and metadata for SEO optimization. * Execute content updates across multiple languages and regions using AEM’s multi\-site management capabilities. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to content rendering, broken links, and component behavior. * Participate in UAT and QA processes to validate content before publishing. * Train and support internal stakeholders on AEM authoring best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * 5\+ years of hands\-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and DAM). * Strong understanding of AEM components, templates, workflows, and tagging. * Experience with responsive design and mobile\-first content strategies. * Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred). * Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong communication and collaboration abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with AEM 6\.5 or later versions. * Exposure to Adobe Analytics, Target, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools. * Understanding of Agile methodologies and content lifecycle management. * Experience working in a global/multi\-brand digital environment.
