Digital Marketing Specialist
**Job Summary:**
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that align with AlJubu Group’s business goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including search engines, social media, email, and paid media, and be able to analyze data to continuously improve and refine marketing efforts. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, display ads, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
* Manage AlJubu Group’s online presence, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging and values across all platforms (website, social media, email, etc.).
* Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
* Oversee and optimize paid search and social advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
* Analyze digital campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.), and create detailed reports with actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
* Develop email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, design, and testing to ensure high engagement rates.
* Collaborate with the content team to create engaging blog posts, videos, graphics, and other digital content that resonates with our target audience.
* Stay up\-to\-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep AlJubu Group ahead of the competition.
* Manage and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to ensure an efficient user journey and high conversion rates.
* Track and analyze key performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Build and manage relationships with external vendors or partners, including media buying agencies, influencers, and content creators.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 5\+ years of experience in digital marketing preferably in the Food and Beverage industry, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
* Hands\-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
* Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling digital content.
* Proficient in managing digital advertising budgets and campaigns, ensuring cost\-effective results.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve marketing strategies.
* Creative thinking, problem\-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment.
